One of my friends recently changed jobs and, in her new role, ended up reporting to a former McKinsey Partner. She was having a hard time relating to her new boss so I offered her some tips on how to deal with him. She found the advice to be helpful and shared it with some of her colleagues. That's when I realized that I might have some insights that could be helpful to people who have to work with current or former McKinsey consultants.
